Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Indigo Blue. We want you to have an amazing stay and will do what we can to ensure that your stay is comfortable, fun, and relaxing (or exciting if you have the appetite for it!).

Sometimes, we can’t control everything and for that reason we have some terms and conditions that apply to guests who stay with us, which are outlined below and probably similar to other hotels you’ve stayed. These are simply to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable stay. By staying with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. We take no responsibility for goods left unattended
  2. We take no responsibility for accidents or injuries, irrespective of how they occur. For this reason, we STRONGLY recommend you have fully comprehensive travel insurance when you stay with us. If you do not, please speak to our staff who may be able to direct you to a company who may be able to assist
  3. We strongly encourage you to not consume alcohol and swim
  4. We have a zero drugs policy; any illegal drug use is prohibited and as much as we don’t want to, any guest who is in possession of, or we believe is under the influence of illicit drugs will be asked to leave the premises immediately. This is something we feel very strongly about – no refund will be given.
  5. Our pool is available to guests only – not their guests. The pool is open from 8am to 10pm.
  6. We have a zero policy for fireworks – whilst we don’t encourage fireworks, there are many places to use them without endangering others – Indigo Blue is not one of those places.
  7. Our mission is to ensure you have an enjoyable stay – we have a zero policy for abusive behaviour and language toward our staff. Any breach of this and unfortunately, you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately
  8. There is no smoking in the rooms or on balcony’s; our fire alarms (for your safety) are triggered by cigarette smoke, even from our balconies. We’d encourage you to smoke outside of the hotel, e.g. the parking area. A fee of IDR 4m applies if you smoke in the room and or the smoke alarm is activated.
  9. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or rooms
  10. We strongly encourage you to not swim when intoxicated, under the influence of prescription medication or other substances.
  11. As much as we would love to wear the cost of lost or damaged keys, they need to be replaced in Bali. As a result, replacement cost for lost or damaged key is IDR 200,000
  12. All information collected during your stay with Indigo Blue will be retained by, and can be used by, Indigo Blue for any purpose

We have an obligation to make you aware of the above; it’s never fun and we’re not trying to be the handbrake to happiness, but we do need to inform you about how Indigo Blue works, the good bits and the not so nice bits, so we can ensure the safety of our guests, staff, neighbours and help us to ensure you have an amazing time at our slice of paradise.
